Refund Policy

WordNest sells downloadable digital assets. Because digital files can be accessed, copied, and used immediately after delivery, refunds are handled carefully and reviewed case by case.

Digital product refund overview

WordNest products are digital downloads. Once a digital asset has been delivered, downloaded, or made available through your account, the purchase is generally considered final.

Before purchasing, please review the product title, preview image, description, file formats, license details, and compatibility with your intended project.

When a refund may be considered

WordNest may review refund requests in limited situations, including:

  • A duplicate purchase of the same asset was made by mistake.
  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing or downloading the purchased file.
  • The wrong file was delivered.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted and WordNest cannot provide a working replacement.
  • A clear product mismatch occurred between the product page and the delivered file.
  • An accidental duplicate charge appears for the same order.

When refunds are generally not available

Refunds are generally not available in situations such as:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You no longer need the asset.
  • You purchased the wrong asset by mistake after the file was made available.
  • You expected exclusive rights, ownership transfer, trademark rights, logo rights, or brand identity rights.
  • You did not review the product description, license, or available file formats before purchasing.
  • The file format was listed on the product page but is not compatible with your software.
  • You already downloaded, used, copied, edited, shared, or published the asset.
  • You intended to resell, redistribute, upload, or sell the digital file as a standalone product, which is not allowed under the WordNest License.

Download and access issues

If you cannot access a file, please contact WordNest support before requesting a refund. In many cases, download issues can be solved by checking your account, confirming order status, refreshing access, or providing a replacement file.

Free downloads require sign-in. Premium downloads require paid order status. WordNest does not provide premium file access for unpaid, pending, cancelled, or failed orders.

Duplicate purchases and wrong files

If you accidentally purchase the same asset more than once, contact support with your order email and order details. WordNest may review the duplicate purchase and decide whether a refund or account correction is appropriate.

If the wrong file was delivered or a file is corrupted, WordNest will first try to provide the correct or working file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.

License misunderstandings

Refunds are not normally provided because a buyer misunderstood the license after purchase. WordNest assets are licensed, not sold. Purchasing an asset does not provide copyright ownership, exclusive rights, trademark rights, logo rights, or permission to resell or redistribute the digital files.

Premium assets include print-on-demand use up to 5,000 physical product sales per purchased asset, but they do not provide exclusive ownership or trademark rights.

Payment provider and refund processing

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, such as Lemon Squeezy. Where applicable, refunds may be processed through the payment provider and may be subject to the provider's review, rules, fraud prevention checks, and processing timelines.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your card, bank, or payment account depending on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud claims, or refund abuse may result in account review, download restrictions, or suspension.

How to request a refund

To request refund review, contact WordNest support through the Contact page and include:

  • The email address used for the order.
  • Your order ID or transaction reference, if available.
  • The asset title or asset URL.
  • A clear explanation of the issue.
  • Screenshots or error messages if the issue is technical.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. WordNest reviews requests based on the digital product nature of the purchase, download/access status, license terms, technical issue details, and payment-provider rules.

Policy updates

WordNest may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to refund requests submitted after the update date unless otherwise required by law or payment-provider rules.
